EMPYREAI

Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Who we are

Empyre AI ("Empyre AI", "we", "us") provides software that turns long-form video into clips and, when you choose to, publishes those clips to third-party platforms on your behalf. The service consists of the empyre.tech web application and the Empyre AI desktop application.

2. Beta access

Empyre AI is currently an invite-only beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and access may be granted, limited, or revoked at our discretion. The service is provided "as is" during the beta, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and other content you process with Empyre AI. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, render, and deliver that content — for example to generate clips, store outputs, and upload to a platform you have connected. We claim no ownership of your content and do not use it to train models or for advertising.

You are responsible for having the rights to the content you process, and for ensuring what you publish complies with the rules of the destination platform.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party account (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram), Empyre AI acts only on the permissions you grant on that platform's own consent screen, and only when you initiate an action. Your use of each platform remains governed by its own terms — including the YouTube Terms of Service for YouTube features. You can disconnect a platform at any time from Settings, and revoke Empyre AI's access from the platform's own security settings.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Empyre AI to infringe others' rights, to publish unlawful or deceptive content, to spam, to probe or disrupt the service, or to attempt to access another user's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the beta service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Empyre AI and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end beta access where these terms are breached or the service is discontinued.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: jake@empyre.uk.
